You can schedule cancellation from ArthaPrime. Razorpay stops renewal at the end of the current billing cycle and Pro access continues until the paid-through date.
Contact the support address below for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges or a service that was materially unavailable. Include the transaction date and masked payment reference, never card credentials.
Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the bank and payment network. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
Unused one-time top-up credits may be considered for refund within seven days where legally required or where the service could not deliver them. Consumed credits are not refundable except where required by law.
Razorpay test-mode activity moves no real funds and is not eligible for a monetary refund.
